Ill. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 302.30 - Illinois as Host Track
a)
With the approval of the Board, an organization licensee may offer one or more
of its pari-mutuel races to guest facilities in other states and participate in
a common pool.
b) Where takeout
rates in the common pool are not identical, the net price calculation may be
utilized.
c) Illinois pari-mutuel
rules shall apply.
d) If for any
reason it becomes impossible to successfully merge pool data into the
interstate common pool of the organization licensee, or a Board representative
determines that attempting to effect transfer of pool data from the guest state
may endanger the organization licensee's wagering pool, or cause an
unreasonable delay of the racing program, the Board's pari-mutuel auditor shall
determine under the circumstances whether to manually merge guest pools,
exclude guest pools or delay the Illinois program.
