Ill. Admin. Code tit. 17, § 230.10 - Definitions
a) Department -
Illinois Department of Natural Resources and its agents or employees.
b) Employees - Persons working for a vendor,
including the vendor himself.
c)
Marina - North Point Marina Complex, including its roads, buildings, grounds,
docks and waters.
d) Marina Service
Center - That concessionaire who has leased and is operating the Marina service
building and docks in the commercial harbor.
e) Vendor - Any marine service business which
has not leased grounds or buildings at the North Point Marina Complex for the
purpose of establishing a permanent business.
