Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 2175.515 - Second Notice
a) Upon
termination of the first-notice period, the Board may adopt the proposal for
second notice under Section 5-40 of the IAPA [5 ILCS
100/5-40 ], for review by the Joint Committee on
Administrative Rules (JCAR).
b)
After the second-notice period has commenced, the proposed rules will only be
amended in response to JCAR suggestions, recommendations, or
objection.
