Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 2175.520 - Adopted Rules
a) At the
conclusion of the second-notice period, the Board may adopt a final opinion and
order adopting the new or amended rules and setting forth the reasons for
adoption.
b) The adopted rules are
then filed with the Secretary of State and are published in the Illinois
Register along with supporting information.
