Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 2175.545 - Generally Applicable Rules and Site-Specific Rules
a) Under Sections 27 and 28 of the Act
[415 ILCS
5/27 and 28], the Board may adopt substantive
environmental rules of general applicability and of site-specific
applicability.
b) Under Section 26
of the Act [415 ILCS 5/26 ], the Board may
adopt procedural rules as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of the
Act.
