Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 1030.40 - Institutional Approval under the 1945 Act Only
The following rules apply to institutions requiring approval
under
a) All rules,
criteria, and procedures defined in Section
1030.30
shall apply.
b) Student housing
owned, maintained, or approved by the institution should be appropriate, safe,
adequate and operated in compliance with pertinent laws.
c) Such institutions are exempt from
receiving further approval for additional degree programs under Section
1030.60.
d) Conditions governing continued approval of
such institutions are defined in Section
1030.70.
