Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 2790.70 - Decisions
a) The hearing
officer issues a decision based on findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Findings of fact shall be based only on evidence considered at the hearing and
matters of which official notice has been taken. A recommended decision must be
issued no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the hearing.
b) The hearing officer 's decision will be
promptly mailed to all parties.
c)
The hearing officer 's decision is final.
