Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 405.70 - Termination of Placement

The provider of an educational program into which an affected student is placed shall notify the State Superintendent of Education and the district of residence of the affected student no later than 10 days after receiving information as to the date on which the student's placement will be terminated.
