Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 307.5500 - General Provisions

a) Applicability

1) The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 445.1 (2003). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

2) This Section applies to discharges of wastewater from landfill units, as defined in the materials incorporated by reference in subsection (a)(1).

b) General Definitions. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 445.2 (2003). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

c) General Pretreatment Standards. Any source subject to this Section that introduces wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) must comply with Subpart B and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 310.
