Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 310.403 - Imminent Endangerment
Under Section 34 of the Act [415 ILCS 5/34 ] the Agency must declare an emergency and seal any wastewater source or discharge if it determines that the discharge presents an imminent endangerment to the health or welfare of persons.
