Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 654.203 - Combination of Ground and Surface Water
a) Water sources consisting of a combination
of ground water and surface water shall be evaluated according to Section
654.201
and
654.202.
b) The adequacy of each source shall be
calculated. The combined delivery shall exceed the record maximum daily
demand.
