Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 702.186 - Revocation
The Board will revoke a permit during its term in accordance with Title VIII of the Environmental Protection Act for the following causes:
a) The permittee's violation
of the Environmental Protection Act or regulations adopted
thereunder;
b) Noncompliance by the
permittee with any condition of the permit;
c) The permittee's failure in the application
or during the permit issuance process to disclose fully all relevant facts, or
the permittee's misrepresentation of any relevant facts at any time;
or
d) A determination that the
permitted activity endangers human health or the environment and can only be
regulated to acceptable levels by permit modification, reissuance, or
revocation.
