Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 720.103 - Use of Number and Gender
As used in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720 through 728, 730, 733, 738, and 739:
a) Words in any of the
masculine, feminine, or neuter genders also includes the other two;
b) Words in the singular include the plural;
and
c) Words in the plural include
the singular.
