Ill. Admin. Code tit. 38, § 1050.1595 - Bill of Particulars or Motion for More Definite Statement

Any party requiring further detail in order to interpose a response or to otherwise prepare its case may request a bill of particulars or move for a more definite statement, whichever is appropriate. The request shall be initiated by filing and serving a notice specifying the defects complained of and the details desired. The responding party must file and serve a copy of the bill or response within two business days upon receiving notice demanding it. The notice shall be filed with the hearing officer.
