Ill. Admin. Code tit. 50, § 2020.30 - Definitions

Code means the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5 ].

Department means the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Division means the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation-Division of Insurance.
