Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1316.35 - Renewals
a) All licenses
issued under the Act shall expire October 31 of each even-numbered year. The
holder of a license may renew the license during the month preceding the
expiration date by paying the required fee.
b) Compliance with the continuing education
requirement in Section
1316.40 is a condition of
renewal.
c) Practice on an expired
license shall be considered unlicensed practice and shall be grounds for
discipline pursuant to Section 40 of the Act.
