Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1452.140 - Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
a) Pursuant to
Section 160 of the Act, the 2012 USPAP, published by the Appraisal Standards
Board of The Appraisal Foundation, 1155 15th Street,
NW, Suite 1111, Washington DC 20005 (effective January 1, 2012), are hereby
incorporated by reference with no later amendments or editions.
b) All investigators, coordinators, auditors
and examiners employed or retained by the Division are exempt from the
requirements of USPAP Standard 3 while performing an investigation, audit or
examination.
