Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1455.270 - Compliance Requirements
a) The
Department may require a licensee, pursuant to any negotiated disciplinary or
non-disciplinary order concerning any license issued under the Act to complete
additional continuing education or qualifying education coursework; to provide
any reports, records or other documents pertaining to appraisal activity that
the Department may deem necessary to maintain standards of professional
conduct, the competency of a licensee, and the protection of the
public.
b) The Department may also,
in its discretion, issue an administrative warning letter that is not
considered public discipline.
