Ill. Admin. Code tit. 86, § 3000.786 - Duties of Owner Licensees to Persons Removed from the Self-Exclusion List
a) Each owner and
manager licensee shall establish its own policies and procedures for allowing
or disallowing any person removed from the Self-Exclusion List to enter or game
on its riverboat gaming operation subsequent to the person's removal from the
Self-Exclusion List. The policies and procedures of owner and manager licensees
developed in compliance with this Section shall not be subject to appeal under
this Part.
b) Nothing in this Part
shall require any licensee under the Act to provide assistance to a person
removed from the Self-Exclusion List.
