Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 404.21 - Recreation Staff

a) Recreation workers shall have a high school diploma and the capacity to accept supervision and to work cooperatively with other staff and a variety of persons external to the program. Recreation workers shall demonstrate an ability to assess and meet the recreation and activity needs of the children.

b) Recreational staff employed by facilities which are licensed when this part is adopted shall be deemed qualified.
