Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1010.715 - Proration Fees
a) Applications for
apportionment of a fleet of vehicles shall be due on or before December
1st of each year, but the Secretary may grant a
deferral to an applicant for cause. The fees and taxes due to the State of
Illinois from an applicant for apportionment shall be due on January
2nd, but the Secretary may grant a deferral to an
applicant up to 30 days where the deferral is due to delay in processing of an
application by the Office of the Secretary of State.
b) The minimum fee and tax to be paid for
apportionment shall be $10. Interest at the rate of 1/2 of 1% per month or
fraction thereof shall also be due on fees and taxes that are due, if paid
after the date specified by the Secretary of State, and the minimum interest
payment shall be $5 per applicant if any interest is due.
