Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1030.110 - Emergency Medical Information Card
a) Every licensee who carries an Emergency
Medical Information Card may place a sticker or decal on the driver's license
indicating the licensee carries an Emergency Medical Information
Card.
b) The sticker or decal shall
be in a form approved by the Department and shall be placed on the reverse side
of the driver's license in an area designated by the Secretary of
State.
