Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1040.38 - Commission of a Traffic Offense in Another State
a) A person who has been convicted of a
traffic offense in another state, that, if committed in this State, would be
grounds for mandatory revocation pursuant to IVC Section 6-205 shall have
his/her driving privileges revoked.
b) A person who has been convicted of a
traffic offense in another state, that, if committed in this State, would be
grounds for suspension or revocation pursuant to IVC Section 6-206, shall have
his/her driving privileges reviewed, and shall be subject to the same action as
if the offense had occurred within this State.
c) A person who has been convicted of a
traffic offense in another state, that, if committed in this State, would be
grounds for denial pursuant to IVC Section 6-107(c) or (d), shall have his/her
driving privileges reviewed and shall be subject to the same action as if the
offense had occurred within this State.
