Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 12.30 - Incorporation by Reference

This Part incorporates references that are the basis and guidelines for the development of the Division's policy for airport projects for which federal financial assistance may be requested and for relocation assistance services and payments for persons or businesses displaced as a result of those projects. The materials listed in subsections (a) and (b) of this Section are incorporated as a part of this Part and are effective as indicated, not including any later amendments or editions.
