105 IAC 5-1-32 - Zone of rate flexibility

Sec. 32.

Base rates increased by the quarterly rail cost adjustment factor may not be found to exceed a reasonable maximum for the transportation involved. Complaints against rate increases effected under subsections (c) and (d) of 49 U.S.C. Sec. 10707(a) shall be considered pursuant to provisions of subsection (e) of said section.
