135 IAC 2-2-12 - Stops at toll collection facilities

Sec. 12.

(a) The operator of a vehicle shall make a complete stop at all manual and automatic toll collection facilities when entering and exiting the toll road if the:

(1) procurement of a ticket; or

(2) payment of a toll; is required.

(b) In any facility with unstaffed toll collection capabilities, the operator of a vehicle shall comply with all signs with respect to the following:

(1) Operating speed.

(2) Stopping of vehicles.

(3) The procession subsequent to a reduction in speed or a stop.
