135 IAC 2-2-6 - Passing prohibited in certain lanes and ramps

Sec. 6.

No operator of a vehicle, while on a deceleration lane, acceleration lane, or interchange ramp shall overtake and pass another vehicle which is in motion thereon, or attempt to do so.
