135 IAC 2-2-7 - Driving on shoulders prohibited

Sec. 7.

No person shall operate a vehicle on the shoulders, except in the case of an emergency or when so directed by a police officer. This section shall not preclude the use of the outer shoulder for emergency stopping, parking, or standing as provided in 135 IAC 2-2-8.
