135 IAC 2-2-9 - Impoundment of vehicles

Sec. 9.

Any vehicle which is parked or abandoned on any portion of the toll road, without first obtaining permission from a police officer shall be towed off the toll road and impounded. Such vehicle may not be removed from the place where it is impounded without first obtaining the proper release from the police and the payment of all towing, storage and other costs and charges.
