140 IAC 9-1-0.5 - Applicability; definitions

Sec. 0.5.

(a) The definitions in this section apply throughout this article.

(b) "Bureau" means the bureau of motor vehicles.

(c) "Conservation officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 14-8-2-53.

(d) "Motorboat" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-103.5.

(e) "Police officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-127.

(f) "Watercraft" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-198.5.
