170 IAC 17.1-2-5 - "Clean energy" defined

Sec. 5.

In addition to the definition in IC 8-1-37-2, and consistent with the definition of clean energy resource in IC 8-1-37-4, "clean energy" means electricity that is conserved by a clean energy resource.
