312 IAC 22.5-1-2 - "Cemetery" defined

Sec. 2.

"Cemetery" means ground in which human remains are buried, including the land associated with or incidental to the burial of human remains. The term includes a cemetery, Native American cemetery, graveyard, burial ground, or similarly described real property.
