312 IAC 5-12-1 - Authorization of the director to modify or close public waters to boating; applicability

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule controls the issuance by the director of a temporary order to modify, restrict, or close any public waters of this state to boating.

(b) A temporary order under this rule is subject to IC 4-21.5-4.
