312 IAC 5-12-2 - Notification of hazard; inspection

Sec. 2.

(a) As soon as practicable after receiving notice of an unusual condition and hazard upon any public waters of this state, a conservation officer shall inspect the site to determine the severity of the condition or hazard.
(b) A report of the inspection shall be made promptly to the director together with any recommendation for action.
