312 IAC 6-3-2 - Administration of shipwrecks through division of historic preservation

Sec. 2.

(a) The division of historic preservation and archeology of the department shall conduct the technical and professional functions of the department under this rule with respect to a determination or regulation of a historic site (including an abandoned shipwreck located within an historic site).

(b) The director of the division of historic preservation and archeology may issue a license under this rule.
