Sec. 6.
(a) Except as
provided in subsection (b), a license issued under this rule, including a
license for the extraction of coal, terminates upon the earlier of the
following:
(1) The termination date set forth
in the license.
(2) Five (5) years
after the date on which the department sent notice of the agency action to
issue the license.
(b)
For the extraction of oil or gas, the duration of the license is as provided in
IC 14-37-4-10 unless otherwise
specified in the license.
