326 IAC 10-1-7 - Certification, record keeping, and reports

Sec. 7.
(a) Except as
specifically exempted in this rule, the owner or operator of an affected source
shall submit the following documents:
(1) A
statement, signed by the owner or operator, certifying that the source has
achieved compliance with the requirements of this rule.
(2) Emissions compliance test
reports.
(3) Continuous emissions
monitoring system performance evaluation reports.
(b) In addition to complying with the
specific record keeping requirements of other sections of this rule, the owner
or operator of an affected source shall comply with the following record
keeping requirements:
(1) Records shall be
maintained for three (3) years.
(2)
Records required by this rule shall be submitted to the department or the U.S.
EPA within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request.
(c) A source subject to this rule
shall notify the department at least thirty (30) days prior to the addition or
modification of a facility that may result in a potential increase in
NOx emissions.
(d) The owner or operator of an affected
source may comply with the reporting requirement of this rule by submitting to
the department a substitute report. A substitute report is a report that
satisfies an applicable state or federal reporting requirement and contains the
information required to be submitted by this rule.
