326 IAC 10-3-6 - Violations

Sec. 6.

For purposes of determining the number of days of violations, if a Portland cement kiln or affected boiler has excess emissions for an ozone control period, each day in the ozone control period constitutes a day in violation unless the owners and operators demonstrate that a lesser number of days should be considered.
