326 IAC 11-7-8 - Reporting and record keeping requirements

Sec. 8.

(a) The owner or operator of a designated facility shall comply with the reporting and record keeping provisions of 40 CFR 60, Subpart Eb, Section 60.59b*.
(b) The following sitting requirements are not required under subsection (a):
(1) 40 CFR 60, Subpart Eb, Section 60.59b(a)*.
(2) 40 CFR 60, Subpart Eb, Section 60.59b(b)(5)*.
(3) 40 CFR 60, Subpart Eb, Section 60.59b(d)(11)*.
(c) All report and record keeping shall meet the requirements of 326 IAC 3 when applicable.
