327 IAC 5-1.5-12 - "Draft permit" defined

Sec. 12.

"Draft permit" means a document prepared prior to the public comment period by the commissioner indicating the commissioner's tentative decision to:

(1) issue or deny;

(2) modify;

(3) revoke and reissue;

(4) terminate; or

(5) reissue; a permit.
