329 IAC 11-5-3 - Existing operating permits

Sec. 3.

Operating permits in effect on April 13, 1996, must serve as solid waste permits under 329 IAC 11-9 through 329 IAC 11-11 until such time as a permit renewal is either issued or denied by the commissioner under 329 IAC 11-9 through 329 IAC 11-11, provided there is compliance with section 5(a) of this rule.
