329 IAC 11-8-3 - Incinerators waste criteria

Sec. 3.

Incinerators may accept all solid waste regulated under this article except the following:

(1) Hazardous waste that is regulated by 329 IAC 3.1.

(2) Solid waste that is prohibited by the facility permit.
