329 IAC 7.1-8-1 - Hazard removals

Sec. 1.

Irrespective of whether a hazardous substances response site has been prioritized under the PRS, the commissioner may at any time undertake or order removal action at any hazardous substances response site if such action is consistent with the National Contingency Plan.
