35 IAC 2-5-5.1 - Standard to determine degree of impairment for a covered impairment

Sec. 5.1.
To determine the degree of impairment, for a member who has been found to have a covered impairment, the impairment standards contained in the most current edition of the American Medical Association: Guidelines of Disability Ratings in effect at the time the application for disability benefits is filed with the PERF board shall be used to determine the degree of impairment.
