Sec. 2.

(a) If the center provides other services not covered in specific sections of 410 IAC 15-2.1 through 410 IAC 15-2.5, this rule, and 410 IAC 15-2.7, the services must meet the needs of the patients served, within the scope of the service offered, and in accordance with acceptable standards of practice.

(b) The services shall be under the direction of a qualified person or persons.

(c) The services shall be staffed in accordance with written center policies and comply with the applicable state and federal rules.
