410 IAC 38-5-8 - Laboratory reports

Sec. 8.

The qualified inspector shall:

(1) obtain from the analytical laboratory all reports and data required by:

(A) Method 8270C; or

(B) the equivalent method or practice used; and

(2) retain those reports as required by section 11 of this rule.
