410 IAC 5-10.1-21 - Particle accelerators

Sec. 21.

No licensee or registrant shall permit above-ground testing of particle accelerators, designed for use in well-logging, which results in the production of radiation, except in areas or facilities controlled or shielded so that the requirements of 410 IAC 5-4-2 and 410 IAC 5-4-6 as applicable, are met.
