Sec. 8.

Where necessary or desirable in order to aid in determining the extent of an individual's exposure to concentrations of radioactive material, the board may incorporate license provisions or issue an order requiring a licensee or registrant to make available to the individual appropriate bioassay services and to furnish a copy of the reports of such services to the board.
