Sec. 2.
The record of services for an eligible individual who has achieved an employment outcome may be closed pursuant to the requirements set forth in 34 CFR 361.56. For purposes of this section, the eligible individual's employment outcome must consist of competitive employment in an integrated work setting for which the eligible individual receives compensation and benefits equal to others comparably employed.
