460 IAC 14-13-3 - Comprehensive written business plan

Sec. 3.
(a) An
eligible individual must develop a comprehensive written business plan for any
small business operation.
(b) The
comprehensive written business plan must address all aspects of start-up costs,
sources of funding, sufficient resources to leverage start-up capital, ongoing
operation costs, and the likelihood of profitability within a reasonable time
frame.
(c) An eligible individual's
comprehensive written business plan must identify any third-party sources
sought, secured, or utilized for initial start-up costs of the eligible
individual's business.
(d) The VR
program shall not provide assistance for any eligible individual's business
until the VR program reviews and approves the eligible individual's
comprehensive written business plan.
